The breakfast had a good variety of food, with made-to-order eggs and fresh juice. The staff was cheerful and always available to assist me. Also, the hotel was located in a central area, only a few steps away from the main plaza and a shopping center.

The room was not very clean, with dusty surfaces and stains on the sheets. Additionally, the air conditioning was loud and kept me up at night. the hotel needs some refurbishing to improve its guest experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tocantins. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, from the friendly bellboys to the helpful receptionists. They even upgraded my room when I wasn't completely satisfied. The hotel also offers excellent services, including internet access and prompt assistance for any technical issues.
